Mark and Matt decided to fly out to San Francisco for their engagement portraits and enjoy a little post-Covid getaway in the Bay Area. We couldn't think of a better spot! We started our evening at Palace of Fine Arts, an incredible architectural statement from the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition which displayed art. The massive rotunda near the water offers incredible views and is a memorable location for photos.
We somehow managed to come at a time with very few guests! There’s nothing like having the Palace (almost) to yourselves.
As the sun began to lower, we headed to the best sunset location in San Francisco - Lands End. It’s one of our favorite places to photograph couples, but also to hike and enjoy sunsets with the strong scent of sea air. The rocky shoreline gives grand views of the Golden Gate and the Pacific Ocean. It’s a location that looks beautiful in photos, but is truly breathtaking in person.
Mark & Matt, we are glad you were able to check out some of our favorite spots in San Francisco! We are so excited to capture your wedding in September!
