Kira and Skyler met in 2015 even though they grew up only a few blocks away from each other. As Kira put it, "It seemed almost too good to be true," that she found someone who had a Ukrainian background like she has. They began dating October 2015 and knew what they wanted. They got engaged the following August and started planning for their June 2017 wedding.

Their beautiful wedding day was on the stormiest day yet this summer in the Twin Cities. From hail to green skies, the couple got ready and prepped for a few last minute changes in their big day's plans.

Despite the weather, they were filled with smiles, surrounded by loved ones in an intimate wedding, and made a commitment to love forever. Thankfully, by the end of their lunch reception, the skies had cleared leaving a few piles of hail to avoid during pictures. What a day to remember!
